Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Required Qualifications:
- Current and valid Ohio Intervention Specialist (OH IS) License
- Experience working with high school students in a special education setting preferred

- Adaptability to varying student needs and classroom dynamics
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for assigned students
- Foster an inclusive classroom where all students feel valued and supported
- Work closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff to ensure students’ needs are met
- Provide direct instruction, adapt curriculum, and modify lessons as needed for diverse learners
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and collaborate in ongoing family communication
