Qualifications:

  • ARRT (MR) certification required
  • Current state license to practice (if applicable)
  • Minimum of one year of experience as an MRI Technologist in a clinical or hospital setting
  • Proficiency with MRI equipment and safety protocols
  • Strong patient communication and customer service skills
  • BLS certification (AHA preferred)
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence in imaging quality and patient care

Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality MRI procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal diagnostic results
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Troubleshoot and monitor MRI machinery; report issues as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment, adhering to infection control procedures
