Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CF or CCC) – St. Louis, MO

Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (CF or CCC)
Location: St. Louis, Missouri
Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 Hours per Week
School Year: 2026–2027
Schools Assigned: 1 School Site

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech and language services to students within the St. Louis area. Both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) candidates are encouraged to apply. The selected candidate will support students with communication disorders and collaborate with educational teams to promote academic and social success.

Available District Assignments
Hazelwood School District: Students of all ages
Ferguson-Florissant School District: Primarily elementary-aged students
Jennings School District: Students of all ages

Candidates will be assigned to one district/school location.

Responsibilities
Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing as required.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers.
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Missouri Professional Speech-Language Pathology License required.
CF candidates welcome to apply.
CCC-SLP preferred but not required.
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
School-based experience preferred but not required.
Credentialing Requirements
Professional Missouri License required prior to start.
Time-sensitive credentialing documents must be submitted promptly.
Fingerprinting/background screening required.
Drug screening required.
Additional district onboarding requirements may apply.
