LTC Pharmacist - Eden Prairie, Minnesota

An urgent backfill opportunity is available for a pharmacist experienced in long-term care pharmacy. This contract position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with flexible shift options, providing a consistent work routine from 4 to 6 weeks.

Location:

• Eden Prairie, MN

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Pharmacy open 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Two shift options: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with pharmacy technicians to verify prescriptions accurately
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and patient safety standards
• Support the dispensing process within a long-term care pharmacy setting
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required

Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Minnesota (MN License) is required
• Minimum one year of recent pharmacy experience, preferably within long-term care
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively with a pharmacy team
• Knowledge of medication management and prescription verification processes
