Pizza Cook

Pay: $16-$18 per hour
Schedule: Approximately 20-30 hours per week (around 4 days per week)
Shift: Dinner Service Only

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team. This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have hands-on experience stretching and spreading pizza dough and be comfortable working independently during busy dinner service. If you do not have experience working with pizza dough, this position will not be a fit.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
• Hand-stretch and spread pizza dough consistently and efficiently
• Portion toppings and ingredients accurately
• Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely
• Monitor cooking times and ensure pizzas are prepared correctly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with kitchen prep and inventory as needed
• Work effectively during high-volume dinner service

Required Qualifications

MUST HAVE:

At least 1 year of pizza-making experience
Experience hand-stretching and spreading pizza dough
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Preferred:

Experience using an Electric Pizza Master oven

Important Note

Candidates will be required to demonstrate their dough-stretching and pizza-making skills during a hands-on pizza test. Applicants who do not have prior experience stretching and spreading dough should not apply.
