Our client located in Elgin, IL is looking for aa Maintenance Mechanic to support production operations by maintaining and repairing equipment in a regulated manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
• Assist with equipment installations, changeovers, and line setups
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation
• Follow all safety, GMP, and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Basic electrical knowledge (motors, sensors, switches)
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)

Physical & Work Environment

• Manufacturing and warehouse environment
• Standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• PPE required
• Overtime and weekend work may be required
