Pay Rate: $28.00/hr (1-year Contract_Shift: 1stWhat’s a typical day as Parts Coordinator? You’ll be:
  • Coordinating the flow of materials across multiple departments, including shipping and receiving.
  • Ensuring production personnel have the necessary parts for manufacturing.
  • Overseeing inventory accuracy and timeliness, identifying problems, and suggesting improvements to production schedules.
  • Managing the procuring, expediting, producing, and delivering of materials on time.
  • Handling the movement of rejected material and managing critical shortage reports to ensure part availability.
  • Utilizing Master Schedule to create and distribute daily production schedules.
  • Auditing material replenishment cycles and correcting inventory errors to maintain seamless production.
  • Implementing engineering release and change management processes.
  • Processing emergency customer machine down orders and supporting factory inventory goal initiatives.
  • Managing drop-in orders and coordinating Initial Service Order (ISO) shipping from the factory.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Applications, SAP, and CWIS/DNS.
  • Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively and build strong working relationships.
  • Have keen attention to detail, take initiative, and are eager to learn.
  • Hold a degree in Business Management, Supply Management, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent experience
