Entry Level Machine Operator

Pay: $20/HR
Location: Newington & Rochester
Schedule: 1st & 3rd Shifts

Looking to start a career in manufacturing?
We're hiring entry-level Machine Operators to join a growing production team! No extensive manufacturing experience is required—we're looking for reliable individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Operate production and finishing equipment

• Sandblast, deburr, and prepare parts for production

• Use hand tools and measuring gauges

• Perform basic assembly tasks

• Inspect finished products for quality

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED

• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

• Ability to read and follow instructions

• Basic math and measurement skill

• Strong attention to detail

Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
