Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What You’ll Need:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Illinois state licensure (or eligibility)
- ASHA CCCs preferred, but strong CFY candidates welcome
- Experience or interest in school-based settings
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary and early childhood students
- Evaluate students and develop individualized plans to address communication needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Engage in monthly team roundtables and share insights in process improvement initiatives
