We're hiring dependable General Laborers for a growing production facility in Lancaster, OH. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where you'll help keep daily operations running smoothly. What You'll Do:

• Load, move, stack, and organize materials throughout the production area
• Operate basic equipment such as pallet jacks and pallet wrappers
• Follow written work instructions and maintain a clean, safe workspace
• Assist with packing, staging, wrapping, and preparing products for shipment
• Communicate delays, issues, or safety concerns to leadership
• Support cross-training and help in other production areas as needed

What You Need:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift 10-25 lbs throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
• Prior warehouse or production experience preferred but not required
