General Laborer

Located in Chichester, NH

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Our client, a busy wholesale nursery in Chichester, New Hampshire, is seeking a General Laborer to join their growing field production team.

This is a hands-on, outdoor role that requires a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience required - training provided for motivated individuals!

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay: $17.00-$20.00/hour (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities of the General Laborer:

• Assist with planting, pruning, and general plant care
• Operate equipment and tools for grounds maintenance
• Perform irrigation setup and adjustments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Support general field production tasks as needed
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions

Skills and Experience of the General Laborer:

• Prior experience in landscaping, horticulture, or nursery work (a plus)
• Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks in varied weather
• Equipment operation experience is a plus
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to take direction and ask questions when needed
