Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists holding their CCC or those completing their CFY, offering a collaborative and supportive environment that starts with a comprehensive orientation on August 3, 2026, and continues through the end of the school year on May 27, 2027. Enjoy the consistency of a 37.5-hour weekly schedule while benefiting from meaningful professional support and resources.

What you’ll bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Illinois licensure or eligibility
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or eligibility for CFY
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, but not required
  • Commitment to serving students with diverse communication needs
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset and genuine interest in professional growth

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering both direct and consultative SLP services to students based on their IEPs
  • Matching placement with your skills and interests for meaningful impact
  • Collaborating with teachers, families, and other service providers
  • Participating in monthly meetings, roundtables, and regular 1:1 check-ins
  • Utilizing available equipment, testing materials, and digital resources
  • Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery
  • Contributing to annual performance reviews and professional development courses
  • Building professional connections across the region using our user-friendly intranet platform
