Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid MA SLP license (or eligibility for immediate licensure)
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior experience in school settings preferred, especially with ESY programs
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted speech and language therapy to elementary students
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings as needed
