Job Type: Full-Time | Flexible Schedule (Hours Vary)
Pay: 25% earnings from each load successfully delivered (Min $1500/weekly)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Long Haul / Over-the-Road (OTR) CDL Class A Driver to join our team. This direct hire opportunity offers consistent miles, competitive pay, and flexible scheduling. The ideal candidate brings at least two years of CDL Class A experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to operating safely and efficiently. Drivers will haul a variety of loads to different destinations with no-touch freight, allowing full focus on driving and on-time delivery. This role is well-suited for someone who values independence on the road while maintaining clear communication and professionalism with a small, team-oriented operation

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport freight across long distances
• Follow all safety regulations and company guidelines
• Maintain timely deliveries and communication

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years CDL Class A driving experience
• Previous tractor/trailer driving experience preferred
• Ability to work both indoors/outdoors (delivery routes)
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with direction
• Dependable with strong time management skills

Requirements:

• 10-Panel Drug Test required
• MVR Screening required
• Background Check preferred/required
