Position Overview
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes and compliance with safety regulations. This role is critical in managing warehouse staff and coordinating logistics to support manufacturing and distribution activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train warehouse staff on best practices and safety protocols
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records using ERP and SAP systems
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational standards
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in manufacturing, preferably in food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics management
- Familiarity with ERP and SAP software
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
