For a reputable refinery located near New Castle, Wyoming, we are seeking Summer Maintenance Labor to join our team for the summer season. This position is ideal for college students looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. The role involves varied outdoor activities, including painting, mowing, and general cleanup tasks. The successful candidate will work primarily outside the process units, ensuring the refinery grounds are well-maintained. This position requires a commitment to safety and reliability, with work hours scheduled from Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates must be able to commute to New Castle, WY, and be prepared to work in all weather conditions

What You Will Do?

• Paint product storage tanks and piping to maintain facility standards

• Mow lawns and perform weed eating to ensure tidy grounds

• Assist with general cleanup of refinery grounds to support operational efficiency

• Operate a manlift safely after receiving training to perform tasks at heights

• Adhere to safety regulations and work collaboratively with team members

Your Skills

• Ability to work in all weather conditions for extended periods

• Capability to lift 45 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks

• Reliability and punctuality in attending scheduled shifts

• Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
