Job Description
Based in the Pacific Northwest, we provide a range of services, including construction management, design-build, general contracting, and pre-development. We are relationship-based and uphold a reputation for excellence, efficiency, and value in everything we do. We are seeking a Superintendent to join our team to work on our Multifamily and podium projects.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide and oversee site management & day-to-day field activities
- Develop and manage project schedule
- Participate in staff meetings
- Maintain paperwork on project
- Obtain inspections & ensure jobsite safety
- Develop & maintain positive relationships with members on jobsite
What You Need for this Position
- 5+ years as a Superintendent
- Multi-Family Construction experience
- Strong communication and leadership
- Computer knowledge
- OSHA 30
