Job Requirements

• Running diagnostic tests on vehicles.
• Analyzing diagnostic test results.
• Provide excellent customer service from intake to release of vehicle, and perform any additional follow-up.
• Advise the customer on the auto repairs that you recommend and offer a pricing quote.
• Provide updates to customers as their work in completed.
• Maintain customer records by keeping all files organized.
• Schedule appointments over the phone.

Job Requirements

• Degree or diploma in mechanical or automotive engineering.
• Display leadership and ability to multitask in high-stress situations.
• Valid driver's license.
• Aptitude for mathematics and science.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with maintenance and repair tools.
• Attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
