Travel Speech-Language Pathologist in Ashtabula, OH

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
• SLP-CCC credential required
• Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings preferred
• Teletherapy familiarity is beneficial
• Current or eligibility for Ohio SLP licensure & ODE credential
• Medicaid billing experience highly valued
• Proficiency with Proloquo2Go & LAMP a plus

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to a small, supportive student group
• Collaborate with OTs and lead social/pragmatic skills groups
• Contingent IEP/evaluation responsibilities for students you bill Medicaid for
• Utilize AAC devices to support communication needs
• Travel between two close school sites (4 minutes apart)
• Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork within a 1:2 staff-to-student ratio
