Retail Staff Pharmacist | Hilliard, Ohio

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role involves providing professional pharmacy services in a busy retail environment, managing an average of 200-300 inbound prescriptions daily. You will collaborate with a team consisting of 5 pharmacy technicians and 2 pharmacists to ensure accurate dispensing and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately review and dispense prescription medications in a retail pharmacy setting
• Use Prime RX system to process prescription orders and maintain records
• Counsel patients on medication usage, possible side effects, and answer any questions
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other pharmacists to maintain workflow efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations

Qualifications or Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with proven retail pharmacy experience
• Familiarity with Prime RX order entry system is a plus
• Hold an Ohio pharmacy technician license
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment accurately and efficiently

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
