Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- State licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP for Virginia schools
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 populations
- Knowledge of IEP processes and educational therapy techniques
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
What You’ll Do:
- Provide speech, language, and communication assessments for students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Develop and implement individualized therapeutic interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
- Work closely with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure integrated support
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
- Foster a positive learning environment for diverse student needs
