Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• State licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP for Virginia schools
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 populations
• Knowledge of IEP processes and educational therapy techniques
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

• Provide speech, language, and communication assessments for students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
• Work closely with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure integrated support
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
• Foster a positive learning environment for diverse student needs
