Maintenance Technician

Mancan Staffing is currently looking for Maintenance Tech for a local apartment community in Naples, FL.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for maintaining the overall condition, safety, and functionality of the property. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to providing excellent service to residents.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN Apartment maintenance and your own tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartments, buildings, and common areas
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
Prepare vacant units for new residents (turnovers/make-readies)
Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize equipment failure
Maintain property grounds and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including after-hours when required
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Communicate effectively with property management and residents

Qualifications:
2+ years of maintenance experience (apartment or residential preferred)
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry
Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of maintenance issues
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to be on-call for emergencies as needed
