Job Description
Adecco Staffing is working with a leading distribution center in Raymond, NH to hire General Maintenance Technicians. This is a direct hire opportunity with one of the largest distribution operations in the country. In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, facility upkeep, and basic repairs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the distribution center.
Position: General Maintenance Technician
Shift: Tuesday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Pay: $36.15 per hour
OR
Shift: Tuesday – Friday | 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Pay: $36.15 per hour
Job Duties:
• Perform preventative maintenance on facility equipment and systems
• Complete general building repairs including doors, docks, lighting, shelving, and workstations
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facility infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and repair minor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance-related issues
• Respond to maintenance requests from operations and leadership teams
• Maintain safe working conditions throughout the facility
• Assist with equipment moves, installations, and facility improvement projects
• Operate powered equipment and maintenance tools safely
• Complete maintenance records, inspections, and work orders accurately
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
• Previous maintenance experience in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing facility, or commercial environment preferred
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance systems
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and access elevated areas when needed
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
• Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment and tools

Pay Details: $36.15 per hour
