LHH is recruiting a litigation paralegal with 3+ years of experience for a downtown Cleveland law firm. On-site.
Responsibilities
  • Document drafting and management:
  • Draft and finalize legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, and discovery requests, and manage electronic and paper files.
  • Discovery support:
  • Assist with the discovery process by preparing discovery requests and responses, summarizing depositions, and organizing document productions.
  • Trial preparation:
  • Help prepare for hearings and trials by organizing exhibits, coordinating logistics, and preparing witnesses for depositions and testimony.
  • Case management:
  • Track court deadlines, maintain case chronologies, and support attorneys with various administrative and support tasks.
  • Legal research:
  • Conduct legal and factual research on case law, statutes, and other relevant information.
