Manufacturing Assistant

Mancan Staffing is assisting a company in Cuyahoga Falls that is looking for a Curing Operator!
Night Shift: Sunday through Wednesday, 8:00 PM 6:00 AM
Training: 4-6 weeks on day shift (Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM 4:00 PM)

Pay Rate:
Training Pay: $19.00/hr (day shift )
Night Shift Pay: $19.75/hr Additional Pay: $0.25/hr increase upon being hire in
Responsibilities:
Perform autoclave and post-curing operations
Operate and monitor curing equipment
Handle materials and lift items weighing 20-40 lbs intermittently
Stand for the entire shift while performing various tasks
Requirements:
Ability to lift and handle 20-40 lbs throughout the shift
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
