Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Radiology Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
- State licensure (or eligibility) for Radiologic Technology in Illinois
- Minimum of one year recent experience in general radiology/imaging settings
- Proficiency operating imaging equipment and digital recordkeeping systems
- BLS certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures following established protocols and physician orders
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
- Accurately record and maintain patient imaging data
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure best practices in patient care
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and operation, reporting any malfunctions promptly
