Qualifications:

  • Valid certification as a Radiology Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
  • State licensure (or eligibility) for Radiologic Technology in Illinois
  • Minimum of one year recent experience in general radiology/imaging settings
  • Proficiency operating imaging equipment and digital recordkeeping systems
  • BLS certification
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures following established protocols and physician orders
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
  • Accurately record and maintain patient imaging data
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure best practices in patient care
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and operation, reporting any malfunctions promptly
