Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Scientist

We are seeking a Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Scientist to join a well-established hospital in Brooksville, Florida. This is a full-time night shift opportunity offering competitive pay, sign-on bonus, and excellent benefits.

Position Highlights

• Full-Time Permanent Position
• Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Rotating Weekends
• 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000
• Relocation Assistance Available (Case-by-Case)
• Night Differential: $2.50/hr
• On-Call Pay: $2/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine and STAT laboratory testing
• Analyze and interpret laboratory results
• Perform quality control and equipment maintenance
• Troubleshoot laboratory instruments as needed
• Process specimens accurately and efficiently
• Maintain compliance with laboratory regulations and standards
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care

Qualifications

• Associate Degree required
• Florida Medical Technologist License required
• Minimum 1–2 years of Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist experience
• Strong knowledge of Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology preferred
• Ability to work independently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
