Job Description
Adecco Staffing is working with a leading manufacturing company in Devens, MA to bring on experienced Warehouse Associates on a temp-to-hire basis. This company offers a clean work environment, strong training, and long-term growth opportunities.
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay: $20.50/hour
Location: Devens, MA
Job Duties:
· Receive, stock, and move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
· Pick, pack, and prepare materials and finished products for shipment
· Route materials and finished products to designated locations
· Process accurate inventory transactions using warehouse systems
· Perform routine inventory cycle counts
· Maintain inventory accuracy and organization within the warehouse
· Follow established warehouse procedures and safety standards
· Maintain 5S standards and a clean, organized work area
· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
· Previous warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience preferred
· Experience with inventory transactions and cycle counting preferred
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
· Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems preferred
· Strong attendance and reliability required
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $20.50 per hour
