LTC Pharmacist | Saint Paul, Minnesota

Seeking an experienced pharmacist to fill an urgent backfill position in a Long Term Care Pharmacy setting. This contract role offers Monday through Friday scheduling with flexible start times, designed to support pharmacy operations during evening hours.

Location:

• Saint Paul, MN

Schedule:

• Pharmacy open from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Available shifts include 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Contract Duration:

• Minimum of 4 weeks, with potential for extension

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with pharmacy technicians to verify prescriptions accurately
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy protocols and regulations
• Support daily pharmacy operations tailored to long-term care patients’ needs

Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Pharmacist License is required
• At least one year of recent, relevant experience in pharmacy practice, preferably in long-term care or related settings
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to verify prescriptions promptly and accurately
• Ability to work effectively as part of a pharmacy team
