Facility Maintenance Technician (Part-Time) | $18/hr | Centralia, WA
Schedule: Monday & Tuesday 4:30pm-8:30pm; Saturday & Sunday 9:00am-1:00pm

Position Overview:

• Support a busy retail outlet center that serves a high volume of shoppers and national brands
• Work in a hands-on, outdoor/indoor environment helping maintain clean, safe, and functional facilities
• Part-time, ongoing opportunity ideal for someone seeking consistent, stable hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance such as minor repairs, trash removal, and general property upkeep
• Inspect common areas, walkways, and restrooms to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
• Assist with basic handyman tasks including light plumbing, electrical fixes, and maintenance requests
