Who We Are Looking For

• ​​​Licensed veterinary technicians — new grads who want strong mentorship, or experienced technicians who are exhausted by ER burnout and want a sustainable pace
• Veterinary assistants with solid fundamentals and a genuine appetite to learn urgent care medicine
• People who want to be part of a clinic that's rooted in this community — we work with local rescues and believe showing up for the neighborhood matters

You'll be doing real clinical work: IV placement, diagnostics, anesthesia monitoring, patient assessments, and hands-on procedures. But you'll also have someone beside you explaining the why, not just the what. Mentorship here isn't a program on a piece of paper; it's just how we work.

No overnight shifts. No major holidays. A schedule built for people, not just coverage.

Compensation & Benefits 

• $20–33/hour base pay, depending on experience
