The mission

Execute repeatable, high‑accuracy fabrication and finishing processes that transform sheet metal into reliable parts—every time.

How you’ll contribute

• Translate simple sketches and routings into precise fabrication steps.
• Set up and operate manual rolls, expanders, and planishers to form parts to spec.
• Use sandblasters, rolls, and hand grinders to prep and finish surfaces.
• Own deburring for most of your shift to ensure safe, clean, spec‑compliant edges.
• Validate results using tape measures, verniers, and Pi tapes; document acceptance before moving forward.

What equips you for success

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 months of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.
• Commitment to quality, consistency, and working within standardized procedures.
