About Us:
Custom Print Graphics is a fast-paced contract screen printing and embroidery shop serving clients nationwide. We pride ourselves on quality, efficiency, and teamwork, and were looking for a reliable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our production team.

Position Summary:
The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for preparing, packing, receiving, and shipping customer orders accurately and on time. This role plays a critical part in ensuring finished goods move smoothly in and out of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing orders using UPS, FedEx, and ShipStation
• Receive and check incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Organize inventory and maintain a clean, efficient shipping area
• Generate shipping labels and tracking information
• Coordinate with production and customer service teams to meet deadlines
• Load/unload shipments and move product throughout the facility
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

• Previous shipping & receiving experience preferred
• Experience with UPS, FedEx, and ShipStation strongly preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills required

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time, hourly position
• $18$20/hour, depending on experience
• Benefits available for full-time employees
