• Provide technical support and training for end-users on various applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize application performance.
• Assist in the implementation and integration of new software solutions.
• Monitor application usage and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime.
• Document processes and create user manuals for application functionalities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and provide feedback for improvements.
• Support data management and reporting initiatives to enhance decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in application support or IT consulting in healthcare.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in healthcare software applications and EHR systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
• Certifications in relevant software applications are preferred.
