Become a Key Player as a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

You will ensure timely, accurate movement of inbound and outbound goods to support operations and customer commitments. You will partner with carriers, internal logistics, and customer service teams to maintain shipment records, audit export shipments, and confirm deliveries. This is an onsite role working Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Verify and maintain records for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Create shipping documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, and address labels for outbound shipments
• Secure and identify inventory so authorized personnel can access items when needed
• Coordinate outbound freight with carriers and audit export shipments (AES international shipping)
• Confirm delivery completion in the business system and communicate status to stakeholders
• Follow safety policies and procedures and meet production deadlines
• Support contract administration and traffic/logistic coordination

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• 1–2 years of relevant shipping & receiving experience
• "Dangerously good" experience in shipping/receiving processes (as described by the role)
• Customer portal experience and team planner familiarity
• AES international shipping experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

Pay Range

$20.50 - $22.48/hour
