Parts Coordinator

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive, smooth, supportive experience. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively in person and through phone and email.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Support with product inquires, orders, scheduling and warranty information
• Monitor customer portals and track service and delivery updates
• Collaborate with service and delivery teams
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with efficiency and care.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and procedures.

• At least 3 years previous experience in customer service in high volume is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, Accurate data entry
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Basic math skills are necessary for accurate transaction processing and inventory management
• Mechanically inclined a plus
