Shipping & Receiving Clerk Needed in Tulsa!

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records in ERP systems, and ensuring materials are properly received, stored, and distributed to support production and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company and customer requirements
• Enter and track all shipping and receiving data accurately in ERP systems
• Load and unload materials using a forklift
• Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as needed
• Identify and report damaged or missing items
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations
• Experience using ERP systems for inventory tracking and data entry
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and work orders
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills and data entry accuracy
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Knowledge of inventory control processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $19.00–$21.00/hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
