Forklift Operator – Shipping & Receiving (Levels I, II, III)

Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach truck or dock stocker forklift safely and efficiently.
- Handle and transport heavy items while maintaining workplace safety.
- Unpack and verify goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of received merchandise.
- Inspect, organize, and distribute materials across inventory and manufacturing lines.
- Prepare kitting packages with accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform put-away functions for received goods.
- Adhere to CPD labeling requirements as per customer specifications.
Requirements:
- Valid forklift certification (reach truck or dock stocker required).
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift, push, or move up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Pay Rate: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour + $2/hour shift differential for second shift.
- Shift Options:
- AM Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM | Monday – Friday
- PM Shift: 4:15 PM – 12:45 AM | Monday – Friday
- Bonus Pay available for weekend shifts!
