Diagnostic Radiology - Tampa, Florida

Onsite Will be cross-credentialed at?Advent Health sites listed: Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Dade City,? Zephyrhills, N Pinellas, Carrollwood, Connerton, Wauchula, Brandon, Sebring, & Lake Placid? - (1 application for all facilities) General DX-CT and some Fluoro. Must be able to read a decent volume of ER work. No IR needed 50/50 Plain Film & Cross Sectionals RVU-6/hr onsite 7 on/7 off 1p-10p need on-site coverage? EMR- EPIC License Requirement:?Must have?FL license and DEA at the time of submission Privileges:120 days Submission Requirements: Must have FL License? Must have active DEA? Must have clean file? Must be able to read decent volume of ER work AVAILABILITY: 1st possible date they would be available? How many shifts would they be able for per month? What month is their schedule completely open? Any shift preferences (Day, Night, Blocks?etc)? Any dates in the next 3-6 months they can??t work? Any Holidays in the next 3-6 months they would be open to work? Clinical Interview Availability?
