Responsibilities:

• Show homes, write contracts, negotiate on behalf of clients
• Consult with clients regarding the sale of their home
• Assist homebuyers in their search for a new home
• Constantly monitor real estate market conditions
• Help people achieve their real estate goals
• Attend all team meetings and training

Qualifications:

• Be a team player!

• Outstanding customer service skills are a must
• Must be tech-savvy
• Have a track record of success in a previous job or role. 
• Have an Ohio Real Estate sales license or be actively working to acquire one
