Part-Time Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)

Consistent Schedule – Dentistry Experience Required

Join our Sierra Ranch Veterinary Clinic & Pet Rehabilitation Team! We are looking for a Part-Time RVT to join our team on a long-term basis.

We are seeking a licensed RVT with strong technical skill. The ideal candidate will be dependable, hard-working, and able to step into a team setting with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Monitor anesthesia and sedation for dental and surgical procedures
• Assist doctors with exams and treatments
• Perform blood draws, IV catheter placement, SQ/IM/IV injections, and drug calculations
• Educate clients on home care, medications, and follow-up treatment
• Support hospitalized patients and maintain accurate medical records
• Perform diagnostics (radiographs, lab work, cytology prep, cystocentesis)
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and help stock supplies

Schedule

• Part-time, ongoing position
• Flexible with hours
• Alternating Wednesdays and Saturdays and all Fridays
• No nights

Pay

• Competitive pay: $24–28 per hour (depending on experience)

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RVT license from an accredited program
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a veterinary setting
• Excellent communication skills, punctuality, and reliability
