What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and clinical testing for children and adolescents
- Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological assessment tools
- Develop accurate diagnoses and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations
- Prepare detailed, timely, and clinically sound psychological evaluation reports
- Maintain confidential, compliant, and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with therapists, educators, case managers, medical professionals, and families to support integrated care
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development activities
- Support families in understanding assessment results and recommendations
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution
- Current active licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Experience conducting psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations with children and adolescents
- Strong knowledge of psychological testing instruments, diagnostic criteria, and evidence-based assessment practices
- Exceptional report-writing, communication, and clinical documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Commitment to ethical practice, culturally responsive care, and family-centered services
