Shipping, Receiving & Traffic Clerks

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, stocking, inventory control, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will operate material handling equipment, perform quality inspections, and ensure accurate and timely shipments while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

·Perform all warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, stocking, returns processing, and parts fulfillment

·Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy of items and quantities

·Verify all incoming and outgoing shipments and receipts

·Conduct basic cosmetic and mechanical quality inspections and report discrepancies

·Stage, store, and move materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, and two-wheel dollies

·Safely operate warehouse equipment in compliance with company safety policies

·Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment as required

·Collect and enter data related to warehouse metrics including safety, quality, and delivery

·Troubleshoot basic equipment or process issues and report concerns to management

·Maintain compliance with 5S, ISO standards, and all company safety protocols

·Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

·Provide hands-on training to team members as needed

·Maintain strong communication with internal and external customers

·Maintain dependable and consistent attendance

Qualifications

·High school diploma or GED preferred

·Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred

·Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus)

·Ability to lift, move, and carry boxes and pallets regularly

·Strong attention to detail and accuracy

·Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking

·Ability to work independently and as part of a team
