Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner (SEIU)

Location: California 93405
Pay: $1,987 – $2,230/week
Schedule: Night Shift, 3x12s (rotating days; no set schedule)
Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Call: Occasional neonatal transport coverage

• Provide neonatal and critical care respiratory therapy

• Perform neonatal intubation and ventilator management

• Administer aerosol, oxygen therapy, and perform arterial blood gas draws

• Document care, maintain charts, and complete EMR/charge records

• Assist with equipment maintenance, specialty procedures, and staff training

• Ensure compliance with ventilator and VAP bundles

• Serve as a resource to physicians and staff on respiratory care interventions

Education & Experience

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program (Required)

• Minimum 5 years critical care experience, with 2–3 years in NICU (Required)

• Neonatal intubation experience (Required)

Licensure & Certifications

• Active California Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license (Required)

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (Required)

• NBRC-RRT or CRT credential (Preferred)

• Must comply with all vaccination requirements (medical/religious exemptions may apply)
