Clinic Coordinator - CCH Clinic Magee - Full Time

Responsible for the personnel and staffing of the clinic. Oversees the record keeping and directs the efforts of the clinic to provide the highest quality service . Working knowledge of computers is required. Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills required. Supervisory experience preferred

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage schedule of clinic employees to ensure operations
• Work with Administration and employees to resolve patient complaints
• Manage monthly and daily reporting requirements
• Supervise/evaluate employee performance, coordinate performance improvement initiatives and provide corrective disciplinary action in collaboration with Clinic Director
• Supervise clinic workflow
• Coordinate support issues
• Other duties as assigned
