Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Overnight Clinical Leader

Position: Part-Time Nights

Location: Elmore Assisted Living, Elmore, MN

Compensation: $30 - $40 per hour

Schedule: Part-Time Night Shift | Weekend Rotation Required

What You'll Do

• Provide overnight oversight of resident health, safety, and well-being.

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and efficiently.

• Monitor residents for changes in condition and intervene appropriately.

• Complete assessments, charting, and documentation.

• Partner with caregivers to ensure exceptional resident care.

• Communicate effectively with families and members of the interdisciplinary team.

• Help create a calm, welcoming, and secure environment throughout the community.

• Serve as the primary clinical resource during overnight hours.

What We're Looking For

• Active Minnesota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.

• Previous experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, Memory Care, Rehabilitation, or related settings preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and confidently during overnight hours.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.
