Financial Planning Associate, FPS - Specialist

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Planning Associate to join a collaborative team supporting financial planning operations. What You’ll Do

• Generate comprehensive financial plans, investment proposals, and supporting documentation
• Input and manage client data using internal financial planning tools
• Analyze financial information and assist in developing planning recommendations
• Support financial representatives and advisors through workflow systems
• Work within a queue‑based environment to manage and complete planning requests
• Begin with foundational tasks and gradually take on more complex financial planning work

What We’re Looking For

• Background in finance, business, or a related field
• 1–4+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Comfortable working under deadlines and managing multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions and learn

Work Environment
