SENIOR COUNSELOR - MAIN CAMP

This is a seasonal position beginning in June and continuing for 10 weeks. Potential summer earnings are $4,312 (less applicable taxes).

Senior Counselors serve as primary caregivers and role models for campers, ensuring their safety, well-being, and positive camp experience. This role is responsible for supervising campers, leading engaging activities, and fostering an inclusive, supportive camp environment aligned with the camp’s mission.

Candidates must be 18+, complete First Aid/CPR and required safety trainings, pass a background check, and be able to stay active outdoors in varying weather conditions. The position requires strong communication skills, comfort working with children, and the physical ability to supervise and assist campers—including in emergency situations.
