Full-Time Physical Therapist

Role Overview

We are hiring a Physical Therapist to provide direct care for patients who need support with movement, recovery, and physical function. In this role, you will evaluate patient needs, design practical care plans, guide treatment sessions, and help patients understand the steps needed to improve safely.

Location: Raytown, Missouri
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and reassessments
• Develop individualized plans of care for each patient
• Treat patients with pain, weakness, limited mobility, balance issues, or post-surgical needs
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
• Use appropriate hands-on treatment techniques within scope of practice
• Review progress and adjust care plans based on response to treatment

Preferred Work Schedule Options

We offer flexibility and would strongly prefer one of the following schedules:

Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days (Preferred)

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Tuesday off each week

Option 2: Monday – Friday Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Clinic Information

• Patient Volume: 7-15 patients per day
• Clinic Volume: Approximately 160-190 patient visits per week
• Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists, 2 Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• EMR System: WebPT
• Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old
• Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Current Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and patient education skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients and healthcare team members
• Outpatient, orthopedic, or rehabilitation experience preferred
