Net earnings are calculated after standard real estate expenses (including splits, referral fees, brokerage fees, MLS, E&O, and transaction fees).


All activities are meticulously tracked in our CRM. If it's not logged, it doesn't count.

The $100K Guarantee:

We guarantee you'll net a minimum of $100,000 in your first 12 months if you:

Weekly Standards (Tracked):
  1. Engage in 50 unique real conversations (10 per day, each over 60 seconds, no duplicates).
  2. Attend 2 unique appointments (no duplicates).
  3. Add 5 new contacts (with lead source information).
  4. Host 1 open house.
  5. Clear daily CRM lists.
  6. Attend weekly one-on-one sessions.
  7. Meet attendance standards.


Monthly Standards (Tracked):
  1. Engage in 200 unique conversations (no duplicates).
  2. Attend 8 unique appointments (no duplicates).
  3. Add 20 new contacts.


Lead Acceptance and Zillow Standards (Non-Negotiable):

This program thrives on your active participation in opportunities.

  1. All team-provided leads must be accepted and actively worked.
  2. Meet response-time and contact-attempt standards.
  3. Avoid cherry-picking; work all leads, not just the 'good ones.'


If you don't accept leads, this isn't the right fit for you.

Actions That Void the Guarantee:
  1. Unlogged or falsified activity.
  2. Failure to meet standards.
  3. Not accepting leads or ignoring Zillow opportunities.
  4. Leaving the team or switching to part-time.
  5. Not adhering to the system.
  6. Incomplete onboarding.
  7. License or ethics issues.
